This is a fillable pdf form, and you will need to open this in Adobe Reader to complete the form. Please download and open the form to ensure the fees fill correctly.

To open and fill out the form, do the following:

1. Download the form to your computer.

2. Open your documents and find the file download.

3. Right click on the file and navigate to Open With Adobe Reader

4. When the file opens in Adobe Reader, you will be able to fill in all fields and information will transfer between pages as applicable.

2024 Vendor Registration Form- New for 2024 and now available!

New for 2024, all businesses providing onsite support to participants during pageant week must be registered with Arizona Cinderella. This includes, but is not limited to pageant coaches, talent coaches, hair and make up artists, spray tanners, and seamstresses. By registering with Arizona Cinderella, you will be granted access to the onsite vendor room, will be included in the hotel room block at our group rate, and can purchase tickets for meal parties and competitions. This form and $150.00 must be submitted by May 31. Failure to register with Arizona Cinderella may impact the ability to provide services in the future.

State Finals Photography and Videography

We are excited to have Wayne Lundeberg of La Fotographia serving as our official photographer and videographer. Information on photo and video packages is below. He will also be offering buttons and the ability to see photos online and purchase individual photos throughout the week! Photo and Video Package information is available below. Mr. Wayne will also have order forms available at the pageant.

Reminders:

All meal tickets must be purchased in advance. 

Competition event tickets will be available at the door.

Ticket prices are as follows:

 

Preliminary Events:

Tot Personality/Talent Competitions: $10 each

All Casualwear Competition: $10 each

All Partywear Competition: $10 each

 

Grand Finals Tickets: $25 each

 

Children 2 and under are free for meal parties and competition events. 

 

Please note, each participant and 1 chaperone will receive an official badge that will grant them entry to all competitions and meal functions (does not apply to sibling discounts). Contestants can also purchase a guest ticket plan for $50 that grants guests entrance to all competitions, or a meal ticket plan for $300 that grants guests entrance to all meal functions and competitions. The prices listed above are for all guests who attend individual events and purchase their tickets at the door.
